In Survey No. 98,98A,99 at Belavli in Kulgaon Badlapur Municipal Council limits, 1836 houses/flats will be constructed for the economically weaker sections under Component-3 (AHP-Affordable Housing In Partnership) under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban) and 305 flats are being allotted in the first phase.
The government has approved the project of 1836 flats for the economically weaker sections under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Component No. 3 (AHP) in Survey No. 98,98A,99 at Mouje Belavli in Kulgaon Badlapur Municipal Council limits. The lottery process for the said flats will be implemented in phases and the lottery for 305 flats in the first phase will be held soon. However, applicants who fulfill the following terms and conditions will be eligible for the said scheme.
